Delivery Information
Most orders will be despatched within 48 hours of payment being cleared, via 1st class Royal Mail. If I am unable to do this for any reason I will email with a new despatch date.
You will be sent an email when your order has been despatched.
Postage costs £1.00 per order for UK customers, free delivery for orders over £30.00!
Payment
I prefer payments to be made online via PayPal. PayPal is a safe, secure and easy method of paying for goods onlilne. If you have any queries go to http:/www.paypal.com. I will accept cheques made payable to A M Sundelin. Your order will not be despatched until I have received the cheque and the funds have cleared, usually within 5 working days.
Returns/Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or if the item arrives damaged or faulty in any way, I offer a 14 day money-back guarantee (excluding postage and packaging) or exchange, please return the produce with a copy of your receipt.
For reasons of hygiene, I am unable to accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty or damaged.
Other Information
Every attempt has been made to ensure that the jewellery displayed here and the information with it (including pictures) is as accurate as possible. However, some products may appear smaller or larger than their actual size, and may vary in colour. In all items I have put an approximate size guide. All my items are handmade, so as this is the case slight variations in the exact appearance may occur.
If an item is showing as out of stock, please feel free to contact me with the details of the product and I will do my best to achieve it as soon as possible.
Likewise, if you have seen a particular style that you would like but would prefer it in another colour or length, please contact me and I will see what I can do for you.
